ARMY RELEASE DETAINED MONARCH OVER OKUAMA KILLING
The Nigerian Army has released Prince Clement Ogenerukevwe, the monarch declared wanted over the killing of 17 military personnel in Okuama, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.
