Defender Chidozie Awaziem returned to Turkey with Konyaspor after leaving Nantes, while Gift Orban joined Amedspor on loan from Hoffenheim.

Other Nigerian players who changed clubs include former Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun, who moved to Hungarian side ETO Győr, and Yira Sor, who joined Amedspor from Genk.

Femi Azeez secured a move from Millwall to Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion, while Olisa Ndah left South Africa for Libyan club Al Shomooa.
