Osun election: Oyetola backs Oyebamiji, faults Adeleke over infrastructure

Minister of Marine and Blue Economy and APC leader in Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola, has criticised Governor Ademola Adeleke over what he described as poor infrastructure across the state ahead of Saturday’s governorship election.

Speaking in Inisa, Odo-Otin Local Government Area, Oyetola accused the Adeleke administration of neglecting parts of the state, particularly in road infrastructure.

He said an APC government led by the party’s governorship candidate, Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, would ensure balanced development and prudent management of state resources.

Oyetola said Oyebamiji would prioritise road construction and rehabilitation, education and primary healthcare if elected.

Oyetola also urged APC supporters to remain united, mobilise voters and guard against electoral malpractice.

He expressed confidence that Oyebamiji would win Saturday’s election, saying many residents were dissatisfied with the performance of the current administration.
