President Bola Tinubu has approved the deployment of four newly appointed Federal Permanent Secretaries in a move aimed at strengthening governance and improving service delivery across critical sectors.

The deployment is part of broader efforts to enhance efficiency within the federal civil service and aligns with the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which prioritises effective policy implementation and institutional performance.

The newly appointed officials were selected through a competitive process and are expected to bring experience, expertise, and innovation into their respective roles. Their assignments are also designed to improve coordination across ministries and drive sustainable development through better collaboration.

According to the new postings, Bekearedebo Warrens has been assigned to oversee Political and Economic Affairs in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation. Dr. Kamil Shoretire will serve in the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, while Nkiruka Jones-Nebo has been deployed to the Career Management Office under the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation. Sani Aminu has been posted to Special Services in the Cabinet Affairs Office within the SGF’s office.

The deployment is expected to optimise performance across the civil service, strengthen institutional capacity, and ensure more effective execution of government policies and programmes.
