PRESIDENT TINUBU CALLS FOR FEDERAL-STATE COLLABORATION TO ADDRESS NATION’S CHALLENGES

President Bola Tinubu has urged the governors of all 36 states to play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between the federal and sub-national governments to advance Nigeria’s development.

The president who made the appeal while receiving the governors at his Ikoyi’s residence emphasized the governors’ critical role in implementing policies that directly affect citizens, urging strengthened cooperation to drive social transformation.

Tinubu further assured them of his full support in achieving the irreversible journey of social transformation for the country.

Meanwhile, Vice president, Kashim Shettima is confident that Nigerians will smile and prosper in 2025, as efforts are being made to reposition the economy.

He said this while addressing State House reporters after a visit to President Bola Tinubu in Lagos state.
