The Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has pledged his support for the affected communities of the Bodija explosion to resume their normal lives as his administration continues an engagement with them.
Recall that an explosion occurred in the Adeyi area of Bodija on the 16th of January 2024 which claimed many lives and properties of residents in the community.
During his visitation to the affected residence, Governor Makinde, said that the government is expected to get a report as soon as structural integrity tests on buildings around the site have been concluded.
He further disclosed that an expanded meeting has been scheduled for February 6, after which is administration will outline its next development.
