OYO STATE GOVERNMENT HAS ESTABLISHED SITUATION HUB FOR IBADAN BLAST VICTIMS.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters, Fatai  Owoseni, disclosed this on Wednesday while speaking with newsmen at the scene of the blast that Oyo State Government has established a Situation Hub for victims of Tuesday’s blast in Ibadan.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the situation hub is located within the premises of the State Housing Corporation, near Bodija Islamic Centre, Ibadan.

Mr Owoseni advised victims, residents, and landlords to go there and supply the government with useful information.

He disclosed that experts in disaster management in the hub have been deployed to attend to different situations that might come up.

The Special Adviser warned that there might be secondary explosions, urging people without any important duty at the scene to move away to avoid further loss of life.
