USSD DEBT: NCC ORDERS TELCOS TO DISCONNECT NINE BANKS JANUARY 27

The Nigerian Communications Commission has authorised telecommunications companies to disconnect the Unstructured Supplementary Service Data codes assigned to nine financial institutions.
