MAKINDE HANDS OVER MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO ADEOYO STATE HOSPITAL

The Oyo State Government has donated 31 modern surgical equipment to the Ring Road State Hospital in Ibadan to boost surgical excellence and enhance access to quality healthcare.

Governor Seyi Makinde, who was represented at the official handover by his Executive Assistant on Administration, Reverend Idowu Ogedengbe, said the equipment would significantly strengthen the hospital’s capacity to deliver comprehensive medical services.

In his remarks, the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Dr. Aremu Oladipo, appreciated the governor for the timely intervention, noting that the donated tools would greatly improve the hospital’s surgical operations and patient care.

Among the items handed over were a patient monitor, operating microscope, cataract set, surgeon chair, oxygen outlet, humidifier, manifold system, ceiling-mounted operating unit, diathermy machine, theatre table, and anesthetic.
