President Bola Tinubu has extended his condolences to the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran over the passing of President Ebrahim Raisi and other officials involved in an helicopter crash.
Tinubu described the late President as an hardworking leader who contributed immensely to the development of Iran.
In a statement issued by his Media Adviser, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu on behalf of the government and the people of Nigeria, prayed for continuous peace and stability of Iranian nation.
Recall that President Raisi died after he was involved in an helicopter crash in a mountainous region of the country.
